Melodee L. Gruber

Ms. Gruber, Owner of the Gruber Law Firm, has over 17 years of experience representing individuals and companies from a wide range of industries. Ms. Gruber’s practice primarily focuses on business law issues, including commercial, employment, & real estate litigation, as well as estate planning & probate and appellate work. Gruber handles a wide variety of legal issues and business and commercial disputes involving entity formation and dissolution, labor and employment work, breach of contract, business torts, fiduciary duties, real estate, oil and gas, collection matters, and deceptive trade practice.

Ms. Gruber has an extensive history of commitment to the legal and local communities. Ms. Gruber is active in several legal and community organizations, including the San Antonio Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, San Antonio Bar Association, William S. Sessions Inn of Court, and the Medina County Bar Association. Ms. Gruber currently serves as the President of the San Antonio Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for Blood and Tissue Center Foundation.
